China has been emphasizing scientific and technological innovation recently. This is of vital importance to both of China's military and civil field and also the only path to truly upgrade China’s economy. ANBOUND’s chief researcher Chen Gong insists that scientific and technological development needs to have sound reserve. Though copinism could relieve China from emergency, it helps little with our scientific and technological reserve. In terms of development, if only importing technologies from Russia, we would be bound up with Russia’s technological route and could only follow suit. Therefore, China should master key science and technology and break away from copinism.
