Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei Province have started pollution prevention and control campaign. Of particular, Hebei Province is under great pressure. Anbound believes that Hebei Province (as well as Beijing, Tianjin and other nearby areas) has to bear some losses due to such action. This is the price to pay for polluting the environment.
